    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Following standard operating procedures and industry standards for formula mixing, sample preparation, and testing

    * Precise measurement and mixing of formula ingredients described by a formulation log

    * Preparing test specimens for a variety of tests

    * Creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment

    * Upholding safety standards for the team, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safety guidelines

    * Documenting and reporting experimental details

    * Keen observation of experimental details and external factors

    * Time management and work efficiency

    * Independently planning and executing all aspects of an experiment following a discussion of objectives with the supervisor

    * Interpreting data and making recommendations for future work

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor"s Degree in a scientific or technical field

    * 0-1 years of laboratory experience

    * Experience with coatings formulation is desired

    * Strong attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple project tasks
