As a **Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol** in **Bridgewater, MA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for those on site. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site requirements.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address issues and maintain a professional presence.

+ Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or medical incidents, when required.

+ Remain alert to potential threats or suspicious activity within the location and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
