Description
WW Selling Partner Services’ (SPS) mission is to enable the long-term success of our selling partners by providing the most trusted shopping and selling experience and by providing solutions for accelerating our selling partners’ business growth. The US Seller Business organization within SPS is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the US Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) programs.
We are seeking a Finance Manager (FM) to support the US 3P Business team. With Sellers contributing to over 50% of Amazon’s online sales, this business is large in scale and pivotal to Amazon’s ability to offer a vast selection of products at low prices to customers. As the FM, you will work closely with the selection, pricing and promotions teams responsible for accelerating the Seller Flywheel inputs. You will partner with the business to identify and drive growth and profit improvement initiatives to expand a multi-Billion dollar business.
This role operates in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and the successful candidate must have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, which includes logical reasoning and data analytics. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically in an ambiguous environment with many stakeholders and opinions. This individual should possess solid business judgment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a strong desire to dive deep into business problems and help solve them.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead finance support for the US 3P Finance team
- Develop metrics and reporting to produce insights on financial and business performance across advertising, traffic, and conversion
- Build monthly forecasts and long-range plans for key topline and input metrics
- Create ad-hoc cost benefit analyses, financial modeling, and business case development to support new initiatives and business decisions
- Build and maintain in depth knowledge across key business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business
A day in the life
The US 3P business represents the single largest business unit from a topline and profit perspective in Amazon. Our team supports the business org that tracks and tunes the flywheel metrics as well as the sales and account management teams that make that business continue to grow double digits while expanding operating margin.

We are an analytical team focused on delivering insights that drive real business action. We actively prioritize, say no to non-value added tasks and build tight relationships with our business partners.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
