Description
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive innovative marketing strategies for our theatrical releases within the US market. This role combines strategic, cross-functional leadership and innovative thinking to develop comprehensive campaigns that maximize audience engagement and box office performance.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple high-profile theatrical releases a year
• Develop globally minded marketing strategies while developing and executing domestic go-to-market plans
• Drive innovation in audience engagement, campaign approaches and break-through campaign ideas
• Develop and facilitate impressive campaign presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns
• Lead relationships with creative partners and agencies
• Approve and guide creative direction for high-stakes marketing initiatives, to serve territory requirements
• Collaborate with International stakeholders to support global best practices and innovation
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Drive organizational alignment on campaign priorities and resource allocation
• Champion creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile
- Experience with various statistical techniques (regression analysis, coefficient correlation)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
