What You'll Do:

+ Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Provide customer service to visitors, personnel, and/or travelers by following site-specific policies and procedures, including responding to inquiries and offering directions.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and observe for any unusual conditions.

+ Document incidents, observations, and activities clearly and accurately in daily reports and/or logs as required by Allied Universal and site policies.

+ Support emergency response activities by following instructions and assisting with evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.

+ Collaborate with site staff, law enforcement, or emergency responders as needed to address incidents or concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
