Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for **Assembler – 1st Shift** opportunities.

This is an excellent **Temp to Hire** opportunity to join a company that supports manufacturing operations through efficient assembly and production processes.

What’s in this Assembler position for you?

Pay: **$14.00 per hour**

Shift: **Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM**

Overtime: **OT potential on Fridays**

Assignment Type: **Temp to Hire**

Pay Schedule: **Weekly paycheck**

Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to:

Assembly & Production Support:

Perform assembly of components and sub-assemblies according to drawings, Bills of Materials, and work instructions.

Maintain line efficiency and work pace set by operating standards.

Assemble parts without causing defects, poor quality, or rejects.

Cross-train in other areas as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Quality & Inspection:

Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing.

Inspect and repair RMA (Returned Material Authorization) items.

Calibrate tools and finished goods and maintain documentation.

Report quality, material, or process issues to the Group Lead or Production Supervisor.

Tools, Safety & Equipment:

Safely operate air and electric tools and other production equipment.

Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.

Packaging & Documentation:

Pack finished goods and process shipping paperwork.

Maintain required production and quality documentation.

Workplace Conditions:

Manufacturing environment.

Combination of standing and working on a production line throughout the shift.

Repetitive and detail-oriented tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift 20–25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Good manual dexterity.

Candidate Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions written in English.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings.

Ability to use hand tools and operate machines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

**Pay Details:** $14.00 per hour
