    Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $19/hour

    **Assignment Type:** Contract

    Overview:

    We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role involves managing inbound and outbound materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling physical tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists

    • Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials

    • Maintain organized stock areas and assist with cycle counts or inventory checks

    • Operate pallet jacks or other non-powered equipment to move materials as needed

    • Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately in line with company procedures

    • Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety guidelines

    Requirements:

    • Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

    • Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory tracking and documentation

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

    • Reliable transportation and dependable work habits

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
