Custodial Technician
Adecco is seeking a dedicated Custodial Technician to join our client's team. This role involves performing essential operational tasks within a designated unit or department, following instructions from management to meet project needs and adhere to standard task structures. The Custodial Technician is responsible for executing service contracts, planning, optimizing, and monitoring resource utilization to ensure services are delivered according to established specifications and costs. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across various work areas, including rooms, hallways, and common spaces.

What you will Do?
+ Perform deep cleaning of restrooms and breakrooms to maintain hygiene standards
+ Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, potentially operating floor care equipment
+ Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and metal workings
+ Dust furniture and equipment, including high-low dusting, to ensure cleanliness
+ Respond promptly to spills or facility damage to prevent operational downtime
Your Skills
+ Ability to mix cleaning solutions according to specifications for effective cleaning
+ Experience in minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and repairs
+ Capability to transport small equipment or tools between departments efficiently
+ Proficiency in monitoring building security and safety, including locking doors
+ Skill in notifying supervisors about major repairs or additions needed

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
