Threshold Giving is seeking a Field Manager to manage the successful execution of canvass programs in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic thinker who excels at project management, is experienced and talented in face-to-face fundraising; and will provide service-leadership for a number of our clients. The Canvass Director in training will be a key member of our local team.

Experienced candidates in the field of canvass leadership and administration are strongly encouraged to apply. Threshold offers a competitive benefits package with a target annual compensation of $52,000-$75,000.

Qualities Required

+ A demonstrated commitment to either non-profit fundraising or issue-based campaigning, with a track record of senior staff leadership.

+ A genuine passion for the canvass. Our teams are dedicated to their work and looking for a leader who is willing to walk with them and be a mentor both in the office and in the field

+ An entrepreneurial spirit. Our leaders are adaptable and open to change when the environment necessitates.

+ The ability to lead by example and also lead in service to others, the successful candidate will be excellent in self-management and management of a diverse staff of fundraisers.

Experience and Skills:

+ Minimum one-year staff management

+ Two years of demonstrated experience fundraising

+ The ability to maintain a budget and project staff growth and development

+ Candidate must possess a driver’s license and reliable vehicle

+ Strong task management and time management

+ Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends

+ Strong written and oral communication skills
