We're looking for an Entry Level Fire Protection Engineer to join our Life Sciences team in Conshohocken, PA who will be excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business.

As an Entry Level Fire Protection Engineer, you’ll use your skills and on the job training to help deliver and complete challenging and engaging buildings projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to address fire protection and life safety challenges during design and construction phases. You will support the design, analysis, and implementation of fire protection systems for a variety of advanced facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

You’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with technical design of sprinkler systems, special hazards suppression systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and building/life safety codes under the guidance of a knowledgeable team of experienced Fire Protection Engineers. You will assist with Process Safety which encompasses HAZOP, gas detection, and electrical classification studies, under the direction of Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineers.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field from an ABET or ETAC accredited program

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and design tools such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* Prior work or internship experience in Fire Protection Engineering

* Familiarity with NFPA and ICC codes and standards

* University level experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) (FDS) modeling and analysis

* Ability to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
