• Quality Engineer/ CMM Programmer

    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), preferably using PC-DMIS software. 3-5 new programs a week.

    • Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined parts.

    • Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.

    • Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality documentation.

    • Troubleshoot and optimize CMM programs for accuracy and efficiency.

    • Support calibration and verification of measurement equipment.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in CMM programming and operation.

    • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

    • Experience with precision machining is a plus.

    • Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
