    We are seeking a Project Architect with proficiency in Revit and 3-5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience with all phases of design and be familiar with construction documents, construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes. Experience with S+T or Mission Critical projects is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants.

    + Develop and manage construction documents.

    + Engage in construction administration tasks.

    + Ensure compliance with codes and regulatory processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit.

    + 3-5+ years of architectural experience.

    + Experience with construction documents and construction administration.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with S+T or Mission Critical projects is a plus.

    + Bachelor's Degree required.

    + Registration or pursuing registration is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This position requires working in the office five days a week with a focus on S+T and Mission Critical projects. The company offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth. Once promoted to the Associate level, gain stock in the company. Annual bonuses are based on company performance and range from 4-8%, contingent on being with the company for a full year.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
