Job Title: Case Packer** **Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing fresh label soups for major companies. As a Case Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our soups are beautifully packaged and labeled for distribution.

Responsibilities

+ Package, label, and palletize soups efficiently.

+ Lift soups from the conveyor into boxes, requiring repeated manual handling.

+ Ensure machine packaging operates smoothly and verify label accuracy.

+ Hand palletize boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

+ Perform chemical cleaning within assigned areas on both daily and unplanned schedules.

+ Escalate machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist or Lead as required.

+ Support line operation documentation through tasks completion and documentation at required intervals.

+ Assist in new initiatives by providing feedback, training others, and adopting new tasks and documentation.

+ Maintain assigned tools diligently.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ General labor and packing expertise.

+ Knowledge of GMP, palletizing, and production processes.

+ Ability to complete batch records and pick tasks.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

+ Availability for overtime and weekend work on a seasonal basis.

Work Environment

Work in a food production facility where PPE is required, including hair nets, bump caps, ear plugs, gloves, goggles, and steel-toed shoes provided by the employee. The environment is cold, maintaining a temperature of 45 degrees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
