Job Title: Line Operator** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Line Operator for our 1st Shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The role involves operating machinery to produce tire additives, ensuring quality checks, and preparing products for shipping. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machines to produce tire additives into bottles.

+ Perform quality checks on finished products.

+ Pack finished bottles into totes and crates for shipping.

+ Load and unload machines efficiently.

+ Lift totes up to 50 lbs repetitively.

+ Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions.

+ Conduct visual inspections of bottles on the conveyor.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in production, assembly, and general labor.

+ Familiarity with packaging, loading, and unloading.

+ Skills in labeling, production line operations, picking, and using hand tools.

+ Forklift experience is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
