    Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker with general warehouse experience. In this role, you will use an RF scan gun for inventory management, stage products for pickup, and receive deliveries in our 20,000 square foot warehouse. You will also be involved in small part picking and packing, stacking and breaking down pallets, and handling solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components. While some skills are essential, we believe the right person can learn on the job.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize an RF scan gun for inventory management.

    + Stage products for pickup and receive deliveries.

    + Perform small part picking and packing when needed.

    + Stack and break down pallets.

    + Handle solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components.

    + Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in packing, inventory management, and order picking.

    + Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.

    + Ability to load, assemble, label, and unload products.

    + Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in breaking down skids and staging inventory.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Work Environment

    You will be working in a 20,000 square foot warehouse alongside nine employees. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This position offers a dynamic and cooperative environment where team members tackle around 14 different tasks daily, ensuring a varied and engaging workday.

    This is a Contract position based out of Southington, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
