    Job Title: Tool & Die Specialist** **Job Description

     

    Join a dedicated team as a Tool & Die Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, gauges, and metal dies. You will also support machine maintenance and ensure the smooth operation of presses.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and create jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, gauges, and metal dies.

    + Assist with machine maintenance, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.

    + Set up and adjust dies on presses.

    + Perform preventive maintenance on tools and machinery.

    + Operate grinders, mills, and lathes to execute necessary repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of experience as a tool & die maker.

    + Proficiency in deburring, tool and die making, die repair, and manual machining.

    + Experience with lathe and mill operations.

    + Knowledge of stamping and preventive maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
