• What You’ll Do

+ Strip and clean concrete forms and finished products

+ Prepare steel molds for concrete pouring

+ Use basic carpentry skills to support production

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility

+ Work both indoors and outdoors in a dynamic environment

• What You Bring

Essential Skills

+ Experience in concrete, construction, or general labor

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Basic carpentry abilities

Additional Qualifications

+ Manufacturing or construction experience (preferred)

+ Basic math and measurement skills

+ Ability to read and follow simple instructions

+ Strong communication and teamwork

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
