Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker with general warehouse experience. The ideal candidate will be required to use an RF scan gun for inventory, stage products for pickup, and receive deliveries. This role involves working in a 20,000 square foot warehouse, handling items such as solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components.

Responsibilities

+ Use RF scan gun for inventory management.

+ Stage products for pickup and receive deliveries.

+ Perform small part picking and packing when necessary.

+ Stack and break down pallets.

+ Handle solar panels, metal rails, racks, and other electrical components.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency with RF scanners.

+ Ability to pack, pick, and inventory items.

+ Experience with pallet jacks and pallet handling.

+ Skills in loading, assembly, labeling, and unloading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to break down skids and put items on pallets.

+ Experience in staging inventory, putting away, and picking items.

Work Environment

Work in a 20,000 square foot warehouse with a team of 9 employees. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The atmosphere is collaborative, with a focus on teamwork and mutual assistance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Southington, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
