Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team, focusing on canning products for shipment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate packaging machinery and equipment.

+ Perform canning and packaging of products for shipment.

+ Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of packaged goods.

+ Label and pick products accurately for distribution.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

+ At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

+ Proficiency in packaging, production, and general labor tasks.

+ Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for over 10 hours.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklift operation is a plus for permanent positions.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting with two available shifts: 1st Shift from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday (3 openings), and 2nd Shift from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (2 openings).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Framingham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
