Hiring General Laborers

This position supports daily production operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. It’s hands‑on, physical work that plays a key role in creating high‑quality concrete products for construction and infrastructure projects.

**Pay:** $25 per hour

**Schedule:** Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with setting up and preparing concrete forms and molds

+ Place rebar, mesh, and reinforcement materials according to specifications

+ Pour, level, and finish concrete in molds

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment

+ Strip and clean forms after curing

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

+ Support general yard, plant, and material‑handling tasks as needed

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete work preferred but not required

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

+ Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $25.00/hr.
