    Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent CNC Machine Operator who will be responsible for running and ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have experience with mills and lathes, along with the ability to make necessary edits to machines.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC machines efficiently to ensure continuous production.

    + Ensure machines are running correctly and make necessary adjustments.

    + Use hand tools and machining skills to maintain and repair equipment.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to perform accurate machining tasks.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of production.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with mills, lathes, and CNC machine operation.

    + Ability to run machines and make edits without programming.

    + Proficiency in reading and writing English.

    + Capability to understand and follow FAA regulated instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

    + Steel-toed shoes required.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a state-of-the-art engine LPT blade repair facility that is clean and climate controlled. The position requires weekend shift work from Friday to Sunday, with the opportunity to be paid for 40 hours when working 36. Training will be provided on a Monday to Thursday schedule. An 8% shift differential applies.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
