Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and manage gate grinding, shell removal, and dewaxing processes.

+ Perform sand blasting, roto filing, and knockout operations.

+ Provide foundry support and contribute to overall production efficiency.

+ Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with hand tools and machine operation.

+ General labor and production skills.

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

+ Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.

+ Strong attention to detail and safety.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Team-oriented attitude.

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Experience in construction, inspection, power tool usage, production, assembly, packing, load handling, troubleshooting, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, landscaping, and packaging.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
