Job Title: Shipping Coordinator** **Job Description
Responsible for managing all outbound shipments to clients and outsourcing partners. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper material stocking. Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating daily shipping activities.
Responsibilities
+ Complete bills of lading and all required shipping documentation with accuracy.
+ Communicate effectively with transport and freight companies to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
+ Label, package, and prepare shipments according to company standards.
+ Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams as needed.
+ Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
+ Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
+ Support warehouse organization and restocking activities.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
+ 1+ years of experience operating forklifts.
+ Proficiency in SAP systems.
+ Experience with inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with international shipping is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.25/hr.
