    Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description

     

    As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment in accordance with company standards. You will lead the production team in mixing, packaging, and labeling food products while maintaining a clean and organized work area. You must adhere to all safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP and GMP standards, and perform routine checks to ensure product specifications are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor production equipment according to company standards.

    + Lead the production team for mixing, packaging, and labeling food products.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

    + Follow all safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP and GMP standards.

    + Perform routine checks to ensure product specifications are met.

    Essential Skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.

    + Any previous GMP experience.

    + Bilingual is preferred.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a clean, new facility dedicated to food production. The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 3rd shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, both following a repeating schedule of 3 days on/4 off one week, 4 days on/3 off the next.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
