Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in manufacturing plastic and foam parts used for aerospace cabin installations. This role does not require CNC experience and will involve utilizing measurement tools and reading blueprints to ensure precision and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Operate machinery to manufacture plastic and foam parts.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Use measurement tools to ensure product quality.
+ Engage in die cutting and fabricating non-metallic materials.
+ Perform picking and packing tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Ability to operate machinery efficiently.
+ Mechanical inclination and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Graduation from NTMA or similar mechanical training program is beneficial.
+ Experience with laser and die cutting.
+ Familiarity with custom fabrication processes.

Work Environment
This position operates within a structured schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. The work involves handling a wide range of machinery for die cutting and fabricating various materials. The environment encourages a commitment to quality and precision while providing the necessary tools and support to excel.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
