Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jackson, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional support to clients. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions.

• Assist in promoting a positive work culture through active participation and engagement.

• Shadow colleagues during the onboarding process to gain a thorough understanding of responsibilities.

• Uphold business casual standards while representing the company.

• Handle time approvals and scheduling tasks efficiently.

• Support nursing home clients by addressing their unique pest management needs. Requirements • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Dependable and committed to delivering high-quality service.

• Proficient in computer use and internet navigation.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients.
