Job Title: Project / Sales Coordinator (permanent/full time)

Local to Stratford, CT (100% Onsite)

Salary: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a small and tenured company located near Stratford, CT, is seeking a detail-oriented Project / Sales Coordinator to support their team. This is a permanent, onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Enter and process customer orders accurately within the ERP system

+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability

+ Manage the order lifecycle from receipt through delivery

+ Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks

+ Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, changes, and project updates

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role

+ Prior experience working in a small company environment preferred

+ ERP system experience

+ Solid Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
