    Product Lead – Web & Mobile Platforms

     

    Compensation: Up to $165,000 base salary (DOE)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to own the strategy, development, and optimization of high-impact web and mobile platforms used by millions of users. This role will define product vision, shape intuitive and engaging user experiences, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Content teams to deliver scalable, mission-driven digital products.

     

    This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms

    + Drive end-to-end planning and execution of product initiatives, including milestones, releases, and dependencies

    + Lead the product operating cadence across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Content (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

    + Translate business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics

    + Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment

    + Manage risks, scope, and change control to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

    + Coordinate QA, UAT, and release management across mobile and web platforms

    + Maintain transparent stakeholder communication through dashboards, demos, and status reporting

    + Partner with Data teams to analyze performance, run A/B tests, and improve user engagement, retention, and conversion

    + Oversee operational excellence, including bug triage, performance monitoring, and issue resolution

    + Ensure compliance with accessibility, privacy, and security standards

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile applications

    + Hands-on experience with JIRA, PRDs, roadmapping, and KPI dashboards

    + Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern web development

    + Big plus if you started your career as a web or mobile developer

    + Proven experience designing and optimizing consumer user flows, including:

    + Sign-up and onboarding flows

    + Subscription and paywall flows

    + Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to and managing expectations of C-suite and executive stakeholders

    + Strategic, analytical thinker with a critical eye and the ability to think creatively and challenge assumptions

     

    Nice to Have

     

    + Experience in digital media, or content platforms

    + Familiarity with high-scale consumer products and data-driven experimentation
