    Description We are looking for a dedicated Title Clerk to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will manage vehicle title inventory and ensure accurate reporting of vehicle information. This is a long-term contract position within the financial services industry, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and organize vehicle title inventory to ensure accurate records.

    • Generate daily reports detailing vehicle information for tracking purposes.

    • Prepare and send spreadsheets containing vehicle identification numbers (VINs) for review, handling up to 100 entries daily.

    • Perform title searches and clearances to verify ownership details.

    • Scan and manage documents related to title processing for efficient record-keeping.

    • Review preliminary title reports for accuracy and compliance.

    • Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies in title documentation.

    • Use Excel tools, including VLOOKUP, to analyze and manage data effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform VLOOKUP functions.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling title documentation.

    • Familiarity with title searches and clearing processes.

    • Experience scanning and managing large volumes of documents.

    • Ability to review and analyze preliminary title reports.

    • Previous exposure to vehicle auctions or vehicle knowledge is a plus, but not required.
