Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Spanish and English to support bilingual communication needs. This role requires strong accounting skills and the ability to manage the entire bookkeeping process independently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

+ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

+ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

+ Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and team members.

+ Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

+ Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) for daily operations.

Requirements • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.

• Proficiency in ordering and maintaining office supplies.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to handle receptionist duties professionally and efficiently.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in office settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
