Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brookshire, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and a proactive mindset. The position involves overseeing shipping and inventory processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders for shipment by adhering to client specifications and packaging standards.

• Train new team members and contribute to the development and updating of process manuals.

• Inspect packages to ensure they are safely packed and meet customer requirements.

• Review and process shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Direct packages to the correct pickup locations and verify delivery schedules.

• Conduct cycle counts, document findings, and address inventory discrepancies.

• Perform customer-specific inventory audits and maintain detailed records.

• Monitor excess inventory and make necessary adjustments to optimize storage.

• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies through thorough physical checks. Requirements • Proficiency in logistics and distribution processes.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong administrative and computer literacy skills.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.

• Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and process improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to handling challenges.
