    Robert Half Office Team (Rochester, NY)


    Description

    + Greet patients in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner

    + Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

    + Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility

    + Collect copays, process payments, and issue receipts

    + Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently

    + Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow

    + Maintain front desk organization and patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer-facing role preferred

    + Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred

    + Ability to verify insurance, eligibility, and patient demographics

    + Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
