Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial management and attention to detail, who can handle a variety of bookkeeping tasks effectively. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial statements and bank transactions.

• Utilize Yardi Breeze software for property management-related financial tasks and reporting.

• Process and record cash and check deposits efficiently and accurately.

• Prepare and issue billing statements in a timely manner.

• Monitor and update financial data in spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with tracking and managing expenses to ensure budget compliance.

• Generate financial reports as needed to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.

• Proficiency in Yardi Breeze software for bookkeeping and property management.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Familiarity with performing bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions.

• Ability to handle cash and check deposits with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in preparing billing statements and managing accounts receivable.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
