Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to oversee various human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both employees and management while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address questions, interpret policies, and resolve work-related issues.
• Develop and evaluate compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.
• Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, such as equal employment opportunities and workplace harassment.
• Oversee challenging staffing tasks, including resolving disputes and handling disciplinary procedures.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employment records related to hiring, terminations, leaves, and promotions.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations to employees and applicants.
• Address employee relations matters, including harassment allegations, complaints, and other concerns.
• Evaluate employee performance for recommendations on promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits management.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, particularly ADP.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with performance evaluation and recommending personnel actions.
