Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harahan, Louisiana. This short-term contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to provide outstanding support, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring thorough and accurate information is provided.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a detail-oriented and timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports, track data, and organize essential documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services based on customer needs.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to address customer-related challenges.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data management.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
