Description We are looking for a meticulous Logistics Clerk to join our team in Jamaica, New York. This Contract to permanent position requires a proactive individual who can ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping regulations while maintaining organized systems. Responsibilities:

• Review shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading to confirm compliance with established regulations and procedures.

• Maintain organized filing systems for paper and digital records to ensure seamless access and retrieval.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately to support efficient operations and record-keeping.

• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure smooth logistics processes.

• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to shifting priorities and tasks as needed.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of documentation and logistics.

• Utilize critical thinking to analyze tasks and identify potential improvements or areas of concern.

• Take initiative to exceed job expectations and contribute positively to organizational success.

• Operate office equipment, including copying machines, to support administrative workflows. Requirements • Proven experience with filing systems and maintaining organized records.

• Proficiency in data entry and ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.

• Familiarity with document processing related to shipping and logistics.
