    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our client in the south metro, Minnesota area. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

     

    + Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

    + Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries and reaching out to potential clients.

    + Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on their specific requirements.

    + Manage order entry processes and ensure all records are updated and maintained accurately.

    + Collaborate with the sales team to support operations and projects.

    + Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create reports, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.

    + Monitor and maintain the organization of sales-related documentation and infrastructure.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales efficiency.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales procedures and processes.

    + Support the team in navigating and leveraging data center environments effectively.

    Requirements

    + Demonstrated experience in post-sales support and customer service.

    + Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales processes.

    + Proficiency in preparing quotes and handling order entry tasks.

    + Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
