Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a short-term contract basis ONSITE in Panama City, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, who can efficiently manage financial records and data entry tasks. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.

• Perform routine data entry tasks to update financial databases and systems.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reports.

• Generate financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.

• Monitor and track expenses and income to ensure compliance with budgets.

• Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents efficiently.

• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Utilize bookkeeping software to streamline financial management processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping principles and practices.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping software and financial systems.

• Ability to reconcile accounts and produce accurate financial reports.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
