    A growing manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the lifecycle of customer orders from intake to fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys detail-driven work while collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams.

    Position Responsibilities

    + Enter and review customer orders with precision and speed

    + Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines

    + Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate order records and documentation

    + Track order status and provide updates to customers or internal stakeholders

    + Assist with invoicing support and reporting as needed

    + Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in order processing, order entry, or administrative support

    + Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Excel and ERP or order management systems

    + Clear written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously

    + Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred
