    Job Description

    Coordinates the daily activities and performance of the dental assistants and the administrative support of residents to maintain delivery of quality dental services.

    Job Responsibility

    + Guides the preparation of the operatory prior to seating patient.

    + Guides the set up of instruments consistent with the procedure to be performed.

    + Assists the dentist by suctioning, reflecting tissues, passing instruments, and handling and preparing dental materials and medicaments.

    + Develops and files dental x-rays and maintains developing equipment and supplies.

    + Cleans, bags and sterilizes instruments used and is responsible for tray set-ups.

    + Performs dental laboratory procedures in a manner consistent with the department's procedures and protocol.

    + Pours and trims models.

    + Maintains inventory, and files and stores laboratory work.

    Job Qualification

    + Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

    + 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

    The salary range for this position is $51830-$79300/year
