    About the Role:

    Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, action-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Strategy & PMO team as Senior Manager, PMO.

     

    In this role, you will lead a team of Project Managers to deliver a portfolio of projects and programs that accomplish strategic business objectives including revenue growth, cost optimization, process efficiency and business transformation. You will build and enable tools, processes and systems to ensure efficiency within the PMO and timely delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a savvy business leader with experience growing a high-performance PMO. Their breadth of business experience, Project Management expertise and people leadership skills motivate teams to deliver high impact, complex projects on time with excellence

    Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

    Program Management

    + **Lead complex, highly cross functional projects** and programs including scoping, establishing timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIF execution.

    + Manage portfolio of projects ensuring effective **integration of all workstreams** across portfolio to optimize performance and outcomes.

    + Leadership and coordination of highly effective **communication** with team and stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization.

    + Ensure effective **change, stakeholder, cost and quality** management for all projects within the portfolio.

    + Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate project issues and **risks** , ensuring clarity and remediation.

    + Drive **decisions** and remove roadblocks to ensure projects deliver or appropriate scope changes are executed timely.

    + Develop and deploy consistent **processes, tools,** and standards that are fit for purpose.

    + Design and lead **governance** process including oversight of stage gate execution through post launch learnings application.

    + Responsible for the development and expert application of project management **methodologies, best practices** , and standards

    + Build **cross functional processes** where necessary.

    + Partner with initiative business owners on long term strategy and **project portfolio pipeline** ensuring targets delivery year over year.

    People Management

    + Directly manage and lead direct reports and team members to success by providing clear **direction, motivation, training, and support.**

    + Create and lead PM training programs and champion PM **skills development** .

    + Develop team **culture** that inspires high engagement and performance.

    + Resolve project related conflicts through skilled **negotiation, tact and diplomacy** , where necessary becoming involved.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required.

    + 10+ years of experience in project management required; experience in CPG/FMCG required

    + 5+ years of people management experience

    + Experience building a PMO and managing governance

    + Demonstrated track record of leading a team of PMs to deliver a project portfolio with high impact outcomes

    + Project Management software experience (Wrike preferred)

    + Expertise in leading cross-functional business process projects

    + Experience in developing Project Management tools, processes, capabilities.

    + Experience in developing workstreams and workflows.

    + Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.

    + Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task

    + Ability to drive from ambiguity to clarity and activate decision making in highly matrixed environment.

    + Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and manage organizational change.

    + Ability to build effective teams and cultivate psychological safety.

    + Time and timeline management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

    + Strong organizational, multi-tasking and self-direction capabilities.

    + Strong capabilities in risk management and contingency planning.

    Work Environment:

    + Hybrid office environment. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office. Minimal travel.

     

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

     

    The expected salary range for this position is $126,100 - $157,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
