    New Hire: Entry Level Rate $17.84/hr. Current employees with seniority in the bargaining unit, please refer to the Salary Schedule established by the bargaining unit.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)

     

    + Utility

    + Clean/sanitize desk/table tops, door handles, restroom fixtures

    + Cleans glass

    + Dusts horizontal surfaces, clocks, overhead screens, and blinds

    + Wet mopping of floors, spot cleaning of carpets and hard flooring

    + Assists with deep cleaning during break periods-stripping, scrub & recoat, carpet extraction, cleaning restrooms, glass, and furniture

    + Trash removal

    + Removes snow

    + Minor grounds keeping

    + Lawn mowing

    + Assists with delivery of supplies

    + Properly maintains equipment

    + Reports maintenance issues to Head and Lead custodians

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    + Cleans Restrooms

    + Must work days during summer

     

    Physical Requirements of Position: (HBV Yes No)

     

    Ability to lift & carry up to 56 lb.

     

    Ability to climb up to an 8-ft ladder and perform custodial task ie; cleaning light fixture.

     

    Ability to climb steps and work on uneven ground
