Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Equipment Provided
Start Date: February 16
Schedule: Full‑time, various shifts between 8 AM–11 PM EST
Industry: Mortgage / Financial Services Support (Experience not required)
About the Role
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a variety of ongoing customer outreach campaigns (no straight cold calling!). In this role, you'll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, engaging with former and active customers to provide information, support, and routing to the appropriate teams.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, comfortable on the phone, and looking to grow within a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
+ Make outbound calls through our automated dialer as part of specific mortgage‑related campaigns.
+ Receive and handle inbound customer calls.
+ Identify customer needs and route them to the correct department.
+ Follow scripted call flows while maintaining professionalism and strong customer engagement.
+ Adapt as campaigns change based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
Required:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1–2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience
+ Prior outbound dialing experience (comfortable handling rejection)
+ Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
Preferred (Not Required):
+ Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services experience
+ Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, or phone‑based sales experience
Shifts
Candidates may be assigned to one of the following Monday–Friday EST schedules based on business need:
+ 8 AM–5 PM
+ 9 AM–6 PM
+ 11 AM–8 PM
+ 2 PM–11 PM
The more shift‑flexible you are, the stronger your consideration.
Additional:
+ Must be comfortable working one Saturday morning per month (you will receive a weekday off that week).
+ Training will likely run 9 AM–6 PM EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
