Your Role as a Caregiver As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping seniors remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and 24-hour shifts, with some clients needing as little as 4 hours of care. Caregiver responsibilities may include: * Companionship and emotional support * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Laundry and grocery shopping * Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding) * Dementia and cognitive support * Accurate shift documentation and communication with the office You’ll take pride in knowing your work makes a real difference in someone’s life. What We’re Looking For * Reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or caring for a loved one—both count!) * Willingness to learn—we’re happy to provide training If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about caregiving, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
