The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting production operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, material kitting, inventory control, and handling surplus and returned materials. The role requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy in material handling, and effective communication with internal teams to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.

**Pay:** $20-25/hour
1st shift openings only!
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inspection of materials.
+ Support kitting activities by preparing materials for production at least two days prior to scheduled work orders and communicating any material shortages to appropriate stakeholders.
+ Manage surplus and returned materials, ensuring proper restocking and accurate updates within the ERP system.
+ Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
+ Assist with training new team members and provide coverage for shipping and receiving functions as needed.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and material flow.
+ Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
+ Experience using ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
