About this role:

In this role, you will:
+ Participate in initiatives within Securities Sales and identify opportunities for process improvement
+ Review and analyze business and operational objectives, applying independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables
+ Present recommendations to clients while building expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve business goals
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
+ Apply independent judgment while developing knowledge of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards
+ Receive guidance and direction from leaders while contributing to team objectives
Required Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience in Institutional Equity Sales, Sales Trading or a related front‑office markets role
+ Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, proactiveness, and a detail-oriented mindset
+ Strong work ethic, initiative and desire to learn
+ Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
+ Experience developing presentation and spreadsheet materials
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively internally and externally
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
+ A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field
Job Expectations:
+ Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
+ This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
