    Salary: $58.00/HR - $69.00/HR on W2

     

    Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

    Role Objective:

    We are currently seeking a SQL Database Administrator who will support the data backbone behind the training, security, and operational systems for a long term government contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security in Brunswick, Georgia.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments.

    + Ensure database availability, performance, and integrity.

    + Implement backup and recovery strategies.

    + Support modernization and performance optimization initiatives.

    + Coordinate with application and systems teams.

    Education and Years of Experience:

    + 5+ years SQL Server hands-on experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field (advanced degree preferred) OR equivalent experience

    + SQL Server 2012 experience

    + Design & implementation experience in SQL Server 2012
