    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 9 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field.

    + Experience leading or owning social media channels and their strategies.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience in developing and executing paid social strategies that have an impact on sales pipeline and business.

    + Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

    + Experience marketing complex technology products to C-level and VP-level executives at large, global enterprise companies.

    + Understanding of paid social platforms, including YouTube, with a knowledge of aiming, bidding strategies, and performance measurement.

    + Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to define and track key business metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

     

    About the job

     

    As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Paid Social Growth Marketing, you will be a critical driver of business growth for Google Ads. You will be responsible for developing and executing a paid social media strategy that amplifies our content, key decision-makers at the brands and agencies, and generates a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales teams. You will own the paid social budget and be responsible for optimizing our campaigns for maximum business impact and ROI. You will require a data-driven and problem-solving leader with an understanding of paid social platforms, a passion for performance marketing, and ability to build and scale lead generation programs that deliver measurable results.

     

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy across key platforms, with a focus on amplifying successful content and key decision-makers.

    + Design, build, and scale a paid social lead generation engine that creates a predictable pipeline for our sales teams, with a focus on upsell and cross-promotion opportunities with existing customers.

    + Own the end-to-end management of our paid social campaigns, from budget allocation and audience aiming to creative development and performance optimization.

    + Establish a measurement framework to track the performance of our paid social programs, prove ROI, and continuously optimize for maximum business impact.

    + Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on lead quality, process, and business outcomes.
