    Job Summary

    The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Miller Electric will ensure smooth warehouse operations, optimize inventory management,

     

    material delivery support, fleet management and safety management.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Implement standardized inventory tracking

    + Reduce stock discrepancies

    + Improve order fulfillment accuracy

    + Site deliveries

    + Fleet Management – Bucket Trucks, Trailers, Trucks, Miscellaneous

    + Safety and Training Management

    + Develop a scalable warehouse layout for future growth

    Key Responsibilities

    + Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits

    + Order Processing: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

    + Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

    + Communication: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams

    Qualifications

    + Associates Degree or High School Diploma

    + Inventory management experience in a warehouse setting

    + Shipping and Recieving experience
