    Day to Day Duties:

    + Designs and delivers individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals, using differentiated strategies to support diverse learning needs.

    + Creates a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth, social-emotional development, and functional life skills.

    + Collaborates closely with families, related service providers, and general education staff to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.

    + Implements behavior-support plans, data-driven interventions, and evidence-based practices to foster positive behavior and student independence.
